This condo is on the first floor of a two-unit building.

There is a separately rented short-term unit upstairs, and while sound is rarely an issue, occasional foot traffic may be heard. Guests upstairs are advised to be respectful of downstairs residents.

Garage parking is not included with this unit. There are (6) free guest parking spaces available directly beside the condo and another (12) spaces nearby.

You will have full access to the entire first floor condo. The garage is the only portion of the first floor that is not included in this listing and is not available for use or to access.

📝 Other Things to Note (Extended Stays & Housekeeping Details) :

This property is perfectly suited for extended stays, and we aim to make the process as simple, comfortable, and transparent as possible. Here are a few important things to keep in mind if you're booking for 30 days or more:

🏠 Short-Term Lease for Extended Stays (30+ Days) :

A Standard Florida Short-Term Lease must be signed for reservations 30 days or longer.

No fee is charged for lease preparation.

Signing is quick and easy, and we’ll send it electronically.

💰 Refundable Security Deposit :

A $500 fully refundable security deposit is required for extended stays.

For the security of our guests, this is paid separately through the Airbnb platform in addition to the quote for your reservation provided by Airbnb. The security deposit will be refunded through the Airbnb platform after your stay, assuming no damages.

🔍 Simple Background Screening (18+ Guests Only) :

For safety and community standards, all guests 18 and older must complete a quick online background/eviction screening via TransUnion SmartMove.

It takes just 2 minutes and the fee for the background & credit check is paid directly by the guest to TransUnion via their secure portal.

We will cover any cost over $60 per guest if the screening price changes.

🧼 Freshen-Up Cleanings (Extended Stays Only) :

To keep the home clean and comfortable during longer visits:

Stays over 14 days: One $30 freshen-up cleaning required, usually around the mid point of your reservation.

Stays over 30 days: Biweekly cleanings required ($30 each)

We’ll work with you to schedule cleaning times that are convenient for you.

Note: These cleaning fees are paid separately from your Airbnb booking and are not part of the initial reservation total. The final Airbnb cleaning fee covers a deep cleaning after checkout.

We provide an "initial" supply of:

Paper towels

Hand soap

Dish soap

Dishwasher detergent

You’ll be responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during your stay.
